Feb 2025 – December 2025: NRA.X002-097-2019/1 – Routine Road Maintenance of Route N11 from Msukaligwa border to
Ermelo, N11 Section 8 from Ermelo to the Msukaligwa Border and the N2 from Ermelo to the
Msukaligwa Municipal Border. (Emergency Project)

Construction & upgrade of R36-1, between Ermelo to Carolina. Road Rehabilitation: Mill & Replace with BTB 110mm, Medium, continuously graded, 40mm Asphalt, Shoulder construction, Road Markings to SANRAL specification, Guardrails installation, Concrete Lined drains 2m wide by 1km, maintenance of existing structures: pipe culverts, concrete drains, grass cutting, tree cutting, replace fence lines.

Apr 2024 – Jan 2025: Turnkey Engineering Service for the Drainage System Upgrade, Embankment, Stream works and
Railway Works with Formation Rehabilitation Between Parkhill & Wadeville Station
RE A LETAMISA Construction
Value of work: +/-R95 Million
Client: Passenger Rail Agency South Africa (PRASA)
Construction & upgrade of a railway line between Parkhill & Wadeville stations, the work entailed box cutting existing formation, Construction of the S410 design which entailed, construction of a pioneer layer 0.5m deep, 2 x 150mm layer of g7, 2 x150m layers of G5, 300mm layer of ballast & P2 type concrete Sleepers & installing rails (48kg/m) specification. Embankment protection done using gabion baskets on unstable slopes, 500m length x 3m height x 2.5m width.
Project Responsibilities: Programming of works, weekly Schedules, Technical support to site supervisors per section, ensuring quality control of construction works, submission of monthly claims & payment certificates to the client.

Construction of a Bulk Stormwater system between Pine Avenue & Vine Avenue, bulk excavations of 400mx 4m depth x 3m wide, installation of 2100 x 1800 box culverts, 600mm Storm water pipe road crossings. Construction of manholes and KI,s along bond street. De-Silting of existing culverts installed in phase 1.
Project Responsibilities: Drawings Design review, drawings interpretation for the site team for support, programme of works monitoring, quality control, sequencing of works, monthly report to the PMU Department and approvals for completed works.

June 2021 – June 2022: Construction of Mqanduli DLTC & Upgrading & Rehabilitation of Internal Roads in Dutywa:

Bulk Excavations for the (Department of Licence & Traffic Centre) DLTC facility +/- 35000m3 of material to be removed, Storm water pipes 600mm installed along the boundary of the facility +/-200m in total length. G7, Road bed, G6 Subbase layer & G5 Base layer Dutywa Road Rehabilitation, Installation of new storm water control on existing roads, patching potholes, upgrade road ways, construction of new walkways on densely populated roads e.g. schools, hospitals, Taxi/ bus ranks. New seals to be done on al roads, road markings & new road signs.
October 2020 – May 2021:
Construction Of Bhekumuzi Masango Drive (Phase1):

Rehabilitation of Bhekumuzi Masango Drive in Belfast, Reconstruction of layer works between km0 – km220, wetland between km220 – km640, reconstruction of Layerworks between km 640 – km 1100.
Wetland: schedule: Unselected dump rock +/- 500mm, selected dump rock (drainage layer) =/- 300mm of selected dump rock 100-250mm. selected layer 150mm, Subbase C4 250mm, Base G2 150mm, Asphalt 40mm Continuously Graded. Kerb and channel and barrier kerbs to be installed, 600mm SW pipes
crossing main road & 450mm storm water pipes at intersections, 2 x 450mm x 450mm culverts at lowest point to ensure proper drainage at wetland section.
Project Responsibilities: Drawings Design review, drawings interpretation for the site team to support/ assist the Site Agent, programme of works monitoring, quality control, sequencing of works, monthly report to the PMU Management & Municipality Manager.

April 2016 – July 2016: Redevelopment of M2 (NOBUHLE) Hostel – Phase 3 Alexandra Renewal: Site Manager

Renovations of Nobuhle Hostel to family units, three (3) blocks: Block A6, A10 & B6, with a total of 300 units to be done.

March 2015 – April 2016: LEHAE Transport Facility, JHB Zoo internal Roads & Diepsloot Agricultural Farm: Contracts

Construction public transport facility in Lehae, which is meant to accommodate buses, taxis & nonmotorised transport,
JHB Zoo internal roads: reconstruction of two (2) access roads and parking area, with paving 80mm heavy duty paving blocks.
Agricultural Farm: entailed the construction of two (2) major structures, warehouse storage facility and operations facility for the farmers to package their produce for distribution. November 2013 – March 2015: Refurbishment and Replacement of AC & Steel Water Pipes, Aged Connections and Water meters
in Rustenburg: SMEC Consulting Engineers

Client: Rustenburg Local Municipalty
Construction of three (3) major chambers for bulk lines (315,300& 250mm) pipes, installation of new stop valves, pressure release valves, air valves & water meters. Replacing of old Asbestos pipes with Upvc class 9 & HDPE class 16 pipes for Rustenburg CBD.

December 2011 – April 2013: Rail Formation Rehabilitation and Drainage Upgrade (Limindlela to Tembisa) Cluster B and
(Kliptown to Tshiawelo) Cluster C:

Removal of existing railway tracks ballast & sleepers for the Reconstruction of the formation (layer works) +/- 1.3m depth, Removal of existing clay material and replacing with dump rock 250mm, ballast 200mm Subgrade 450mm, subbase 250mm and 200mm final layer, placing and lining of sleepers, replacing the rail (57kg/m) on to concrete sleepers. Construction of subsoil drains along the railway line 2.6km section and construction of surface drains (u-drains).
Project Responsibilities: Management, supervision quality control of construction works, verify claims & payment certificates.
June 2008 – November 2011: Upgrading of the N3 freeway between Geldenhuys I/Ch to Buccleuch (Km 25 – 42,6):

Client: South African National Roads Agency Ltd (SANRAL)
Rehabilitation and the upgrade on N3 freeway. Placing 230mm of concrete, 20mm steel bars of steel used in 2 lanes for heavies, additional traffic lanes constructed to accommodate traffic, widening on & off
ramps, quick hardening concrete used for 24hr strength of 30mpa to be achieved for re-opening of lanes to traffic.
Project Responsibilities: Services: handling relocation of services and liaison between service agencies and contractor for location & relocation of all services. Concrete (CRCP): monitoring & managing the section between Gillooly’s interchange & Geldenhuys section, inspection of all milling works depth & widths, Fastening of steel, construction joints positions & details if done correctly done and splicing joints, not more than 30% at the same section. Statical analysis for all concrete works and as-built drawings
October 2006 – May 2008: Construction of a new road between Kleinmier and Grootmier (Km 0 – 22.5): GOBA Consulting Engineers
